How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online — just shop while logged in to your MAX'S account and points add up automatically. Prefer to shop in-store? Collect Gold Club stickers from eligible products instead.
How do I redeem points?
Redeem your points for coupons — dollars off your next order or free shipping — and apply them during checkout. Save them up for bigger discounts, or spend them as you go.
Can I use my points on any purchase?
Yes — vouchers and promotional coupons can be used on any maxs.com.au purchase. Just remember coupons must be applied during checkout; discounts can't be added to an order after it's placed.
Can I combine Gold Club with other discounts?
Only one coupon code can be used at a time during checkout, so Gold Club coupons can't be stacked with other discount codes on the same order.
Can I transfer points between accounts?
Points are exclusive to the account holder and the email address on the account — they can't be transferred or combined between accounts.
