Twin Pack: Shred System

There are plenty of protein supplements on the market which I’ve tried a few of and this one seems like it does the job it’s intended to do. I train 5 days per week and now am in the shredding phase of my regime and I’m noticing the gains in stripping away the fat but retaining the lean muscle and so far I’m happy with the continued progress. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to to shred after a good bulking phase. The taste is also very good and easy to stomach and doesn’t sit heavy at all.

Great protein to take anytime during the day I use it in my morning smoothie before work it’s my favourite drink when I’m on a cut just tried the vanilla smoothie it’s fantastic got to say choc honeycomb is still the best flavour tho
