MAX'S Protein Master Chef is back at it again and this time it's serious!
CHOC FUDGE & PEANUT BUTTER SWEET POTATO BROWNIE proudly endorsed by @mnkfood and @maxsprotein
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g roasted sweet potato side
- 60g coconut flour
- 1 egg and 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 50g of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 50g of low fat Greek yogurt
- 3 scoops of MAXS 100% whey choc
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoons stevia
- 1 handful of dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor for 1 min (approx)
- Stir in the choc chips and place in a deep baking tray with baking paper
- Bake in the oven for 10 mins at 200°C then allow it to cool for 30mins
- Cut Brownies into squares and enjoy with your favourite ice-cream
