How To Take SuperSize ULTRA
Serving Suggestions
Add 3 level scoops (Approx. 120g) to a blender or shaker with 4-500mL of cold water, milk (and milk alternatives) and blend or shake for 20-30 seconds until completely dispersed.
For the ULTRA Protein and Calorie hit, add 6 level scoops (Approx. 240g) to 500mL of whole milk. Dosage may be adjusted based on appetite or to meet training needs.
For best results, take 1-3 serves per day in addition to regular meals. Consume within 30 to 60 minutes after finishing exercise to support fast recovery.
