Two years back I wanted to try something to help me with first of all. I tried the lady shake end up putting on more weight with that then I was losing so I went to my local supplement store and was talking to a guy that used to be Jesmond , but no longer there. For the shop which is kinda heartbreaking, got me onto go onto the max why’s which I’ve totally couldn’t believe how good I really worked and after a couple of months I got them into my rate of my goal just I don’t walk and have my shake for breakfast. It was the best tasting flavours I’ve ever had and absolutely Works now I’m on the shredded whys and tried the collagen for the first time which I absolutely love I’m getting back into my exercise and with the right consistency of the product that actually works and does wonders. Would highly recommend to anybody out there that’s wanting to start or want to read train highly recommended these products.
