How To Take Monster WPI
Add 1½ Scoops (Approx. 30g) to a blender or shaker with 200- 250mL of cold water, milk (and milk alternatives) and blend or shake for 20-30 seconds until completely dispersed. Consume immediately.

Really impressed with the Max Monster Protein. The taste is great not too sweet or artificial like a lot of other protein powders. It mixes well and doesn't leave ann aftertaste. Love that it's over 80% protein per serving. Only downside is the size, would be perfect if it came in a larger tub like the other products. Otherwise, no complaints. Will definitely keep buying.
