How To Take 100% Whey Protein

Take 1 – 2 serves per day in addition to regular meals. Add one scoop to a blender or shaker with 200 - 250 ml of cold water and mix for 20 seconds until completely dispersed. For a thicker and creamier shake mix in low fat milk. Dosage may be increased for bigger heavier trainers or if more protein is required to meet training needs.

Solid proteins

Happy customer overall — good quality protein with great taste.
I’ve tried all the flavours in this range so far except banana (that’ll be next). In my opinion, the caramel flavour was a bit too sweet for my taste and, while it mixes reasonably well, it does leave behind some clumpy, undissolved bits. Vanilla also mixes fairly well but still has some minor clumping.
Chocolate and Chocolate Honey, however, mix smoothly with no clumps at all, and they’re easily my preferred flavours.
I’d definitely recommend this range to anyone considering it.

Max's 100% whey caramel doughnut flavour is the best whey protein on the market period. I tried all the flavours in the Max's 100% whey range and found caramel doughnut has the best consistency and taste, mixed with water at the gym post workout is treat and mixed with a bit of milk when sweet cravings kick in is a lifesaver. Protein is so good my whole family doesn't mind having it including the fussiest critic Mum!

Banana cream pie

Flavor is epic, 100% pure whey. Mixed perfectly and tastes unreal. I've been a fan of Max's for almost 20 years so I trust them with the science. My only issue is Anabolic Night needs to come in the Banana flavour too. The choc is good, just not as good. New product though so presumably the rest of the flavours will come out with time.
Anabolic Night has been a game changer though, since I've started taking that instead of regular whey, I have been recovering much better despite working with the same intensity. 100% highly recommend. AND NO PROTEIN FARTS!
