Matt Frenkels Choc Fudge & Peanut Butter Sweet Potato Brownie

MAX’S Protein Master Chef is back at it again and this time it’s serious!

CHOC FUDGE & PEANUT BUTTER SWEET POTATO BROWNIE proudly endorsed by @mnkfood and @maxsprotein

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 serve (200g) of MNKFood roasted sweet potato side
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 1 egg and 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 50g of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 50g of low fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 scoops of MAXS 100% whey choc
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoons stevia
  • 1 handful of dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  • Peal the plastic off the sweet potato and put all ingredients in a food processor for 1 min (approx)
  • Stir in the choc chips and place in a deep baking tray with baking paper
  • Bake in the oven for 10 mins at 200°C then allow it to cool for 30mins
  • Cut Brownies into squares and enjoy with your favourite ice-cream
