Safe to say Im the only Athlete on the MAX'S team who is plant based. Been Competitively competing in bodybuilding since 2010 and compete in over 20 shows. Love Lifting weights and living in the gym. Helping people progress with weights and overcoming obstacles is my passion. Nutrition and healthy eating is a big part of my life as not only do I want to look good but I want to feel good. Maxs have been apart of my Bodybuilding career since I first ever stepped foot in a gym and can happily say that are the most supportive company to be apart of.
