Quy Nguyen is our main man in Vietnam!

Quy is dedicated to the sport of bodybuilding and has really taken his involvement to a serious level since 2015, winning various competitions and training multiple athletes to achieve success in their desired categories. Quy's discipline and 'never say die' attitude has lead to his success in the bodybuilding space and his growing influence over the local bodybuilding scene in Vietnam.

We look forward to seeing how far Quy can take his passion for bodybuilding.

  • 2012- 2nd place of CLASSIC content up to 1m60 at National champion Vietnam contest
  • 2013- 1st place A and B of bodybuilding content up to weight 55kg at nationwide clubs contest
  • 2014- 1st place A bodybuilding content up to weight 55kg at nationwide clubs contest
  • 2015- 1st place A of bodybuilding content up to weight 65kg in nationwide clubs contest
  • 2015-3rd place of Classic content up to 1m60 at WORD CHAMPION contest
  • 2016-2nd place of Classic content up to 1m60 at WORD CHAMPION contest
  • 2017- 3rd place of Bodybuilding content up to weight 65kg at Southeast Asia contest
  • 2017-3rd place up to 70kg at Asia contest of Nabba Federation.
