About Matthew

Born in Melbourne 1991, Matt has always been involved in sport at a very young age as a national level swimmer matt has always loved the weight training and dry land aspect of the sport. Soon after matt reached top ten in Australia at nationals in 2008 he then wanted to peruse his career in fitness. Soon after Matt competed in first show in 2012 and then continued to compete in 2 shows after that. Matt’s focus then became on proving fitness competitors and the public with a fresh healthy convenient solution for time poor people who are too busy to shop or cook every day. In which he started MNKFood, Matt is now gearing up to compete again in the WBFF Gold Coast Championships this May. Matt loves the discipline, hard work and constant learning that is associated with this sport and uses it as a tool to guide him through everyday challenges.

Meal 1: 2 Whole Eggs 4 Whites and ½ cup of baby spinach with 400grams of sweet potato.
Meal 2: MNKFood Chilli Con Carne and 150grams of cooked brown rice.
Meal 3: MNKFood Chicken Caccitore and 200grams of sweet potato.
Meal 4: MNKFood 200 grams of cooked Barramundi with 200grams of sweet potato.
Meal 5: MNKFood 200grams of cooked Chicken Breast with ½ avocado.
