Growing up wasn’t fun at all. Apart from being vertically challenged I was morbidly obese since young until I decided to take action towards my health and physical appearance by reading and applying the knowledge. My interest became my passion when people around me approached and asked me for guidance. What intrigued me was, human body is so complex and I want to understand more.
Fast forward years later…
I traveled to Australia to pursue my passion for fitness as a qualified trainer. I exposed myself to the fitness industry and the culture, which I have gained so much from. After several years in Australia I received an offer to work in London as a fitness director on a luxury cruise ship. After completing my contract I returned to Melbourne to work alongside an influential individual who is responsible for bringing Arnold Schwarzenegger Down Under. Early 2013 I decided to return to Malaysia and open my own personal training studio that uses applied science in the nutrition and training programs. During my time living in Melbourne I was very competitive in the sport of bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman competitions. I was introduced to MAX’S Supplements when I had the opportunity as a guest athlete on MAX’S Muscle TV season 6. Ever since I started using MAX’S it has helped me with quick recovery and more strength than ever before!
